Ingredients:
- 500g strong white flour
- 7g sachet fast action dry yeast
- 1 tsp salt up to 350ml
- a little sunflower oil
- Make sure you don't put too much flour on only enough so it does not stick.
- You have got to grease the bowl enough so it does not stick.
My review
The bread was really nice. I had 2 pieces when it was ready. I found the kneading really hard. It kept getting all sticky, I got loads on my hands.When it had to double in size it did it really quickly, proboly because it was a hot day. The recipe was very complicated. To make the bread it took me 3 hours. Everybody loved the bread. It was a huge sucsess even though we hadn't made it before.
